Solved

cant load my save says there no backups and when i load my save it just gets stuck on the loading screen

I have the same bug

also takes like 5 mins for it to load and then when im in its just a frozen screen and i get a skip of a frames like once every 10 mins also will i be able to download mod.io files upon release as i dont wanna lose this save

You can download mod.io blueprints currently and when the game launches. What happened before your save corrupted? More information is required.

i was at full speed through space in my little ship and i saved then quit now i cant get back on it just freezing on loading screen for 10 mins then all i can hear is the helmet sound of my guy breathing on the loading screen then if i wait another 10 mins it loads the game up but as a still image of were it saved and on the odd occasion you see a flicker of moment from a space particle or what ever it is and thats all that happens its like the game when loading up runs at like 0.0000001 frame per second

Same here. Game was fine last night on 4-1

Woke up to an update downloaded it now completely unplayable. Fps drops to a freeze. Love this game and i know u all are working hard to get it going! Thanks!

Same, was in an attack on a pirate Mayday ship In the space, then the game drops the frames. The game crashed. When I load the last save game, after a while the FPS drops to a freeze. And all the Backup saves are gone. (Xbox One X)

This is a common occurrence (from what I’ve seen) if you save the game while the player is in motion. Without a backup I highly doubt you’d be able to salvage the save data.

Have you checked to see if Realistic Sound is enabled in options? I’ve seen other users reporting that having that feature enabled is causing problems for players on the OG Xbox model. Aside from that I can’t help you. I’ve literally had zero issues with the game outside of low PCU limits and missing features.

Same for me it was working fine I downloaded the update on the 4/2/20 and know if I'm on a powered grid my frames drops to zero.starting a new game doesn't help .this is pretty much the fist issue iv had with the game I'm on Xbox as well..the ticket says to many blocks ever time even on a brand new game
