Right Stick Scrolling Needs to be Refined

On the Xbox, in control panel, there are so many items. You have conveniently made it possible to scroll with right stick through some of the menus, HOWEVER, it would make life so much easier if when you scroll down with right stick that it actually changes your selection through the menu as well (such as making it the item that is at the top as you scroll). The way it is now, I scroll with right stick, but it does not change my selection so I still have to scroll all the way down with the d-pad which takes forever.
Would make life so much easier for Xbox players.
