Reduce the volume of tools.

Welders, grinders and especially drills are far too loud compared to other sounds. I get that they are noisy tools but their volume is excessive. Lower them to something that blends in more rather than drowning everything else out.

We need Splitsie's "Sneaky Sounds" mod. Either as a mod or incorporated into the game.

This needs to be fixed. Its not just about reducing the volume of tools. Its way too loud that it becomes unplayable without turning the sound effects down to 2%. I wish I could play the xbox version with sound but I can't. The tools are too loud. The background effects like the bird whistling are cool. But the tools drown everything out. This is a BUG NOT a feature request.

Also this is 10x worse on console than it is on PC. With the PC version of the game, you can lower 50% to sound effects and you'll be fine. With Console or in my experience Xbox (Playstation should review this too) You have to lower it to 2% or its unplayable. Console players play the game on there because thats their only option. They can only afford to buy a console so they can't play the PC version

Just notice on logging on EOS Server from PC I get that Ear Splitting Tool sound. And while on a Steam server I get the Regular Sound levels. It might just be a server side bug.

Checking on xbox real quick
