No one can connect to US#5

The server is always empty. Whenever I, or my two friends, attempt to connect, it does a long hang on "joining game" and then eventually says "the server host has left the game ... attempting to reconnect in ... x". It has been like this since at least yesterday. If it helps, at some stage during the login process, the server will show 1/16 players in the list, and details page (x button) will sometimes show the name of the person trying to connect, but ultimately no one can get in.
