Won't Fix
players are sharing PCU limits instead of being able to transfer them in order to build giant amazing things together with their friends like when the beta first launched and now i cant finish building my space station PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported? I'm not sure if I understand exactly what the problem is. To report a bug into our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.
