Mod.io update -> publish on xbox seriex x makes duplicates

I created a blueprint and uploaded it into mod.io catalog. After a day I updated my ship and pressed "Replace" button and then "Publish". I was expecting a new version of my blueprint on Mod.io, but got a copy of my ship. :(
