Won't Fix
Every time i start up the game and try to move cursor over anything the menu music stops and i cant move my cursor. the only thing that lets me know the game hasnt frozen is the video in the background.

That's some strange behavior. I didn't experienced anything like that even though I am using M&K on Xbox quite frequently.
Did you tried to use different mices or maybe connecting it to different USB port? What Xbox do you use? Does it happen only with M&K or also with a gamepad?
