Marker After Buying Ship and Reloading

Not a Bug

After buying a ship from a store/trade station, if I reload to before I bought the ship a marker will appear directly below my character. The marker has the name of the ship I had bought but i do not know if it is actually at the location. The marker is ~61km away from me on Earth.
