In my survival world I have multiple objects that are there but are invisible ( landing gear, wind turbine, atmospheric thrusters, basic assembler).
I have the same bug

It should fix this issue. It seems to be a local problem (somehow connected to saved data) Please let us know if it helps or not.

It fixed itself I just exited the game and reloaded it

I had the same problem. A friend couldn't see the blocks (turbine, basic assembler) and deleting the saves worked.
