Holding right and left bumper cause's saving dialogue.
Won't Fix
Holding right and left bumper to change camera viewing angle on dedicated servers causes a red dialogue to appear reading something along the lines of "game cannot be saved".
I have the same bug

Quick Save is bound to Rb+Lb+X. Could you please check if the issue you're seeing is happening when X is not pressed? Perhaps try a different controller?
