Game startup crash (xbox)

Same thing at times.. either my own nitrado server or Keen server - the game will launch, do the intro video and do that little circle thingy on bottom center of screen. After a little bit, if it's destine to fail, the circle thingy will freeze and the whole Xbox shuts down. I have to walk to the xbox to power it back on. Not even the controller button can turn it on. a Hard shutdown crash. I have an Xbox one x. Reinstalling the game and even clearing the cache under my profile didn't work.. it's like it just keeps sucking more and more and more memory till there's nothing left and xbox spaz's...

Does the game crash right away or are you able to send us a log when this happens? In the Main Menu press Y and scroll down to Send Report, fill out your email and then please reply in this thread with the email and time when report was submitted. This would really help

No it's litterly right away like the keen software house with all the guys flying around building the logo. That's where it happens. I'd say roughly 3-5 seconds in I can get a video tommorow if it whoukd assist

Just to confirm, is the issue happening to you every time you try to launch the game or just occasionally? Also are you the same person as the original creator of the thread on a different profile or a different person experiencing the same issue?

It happens occationally but not all the time. sometimes if i press "home" while the intro video is done playing and the load circle thing starts spinning & loads in background then after period of time click game icon, it goes into game.

I am -not- the creator of this thread, just 1 of other(s) that experienced it.

This happens after the intro video completes and the splash screen non-moving picture in background shows up and circle spins around several times; then bam.... other times it's fine.

I have an an XBOX ONE X

I'll have to see about trying to get log thingy if possible, although i won't know if you got it or not..

And could you tell us what that email was? Currently we have logs sent for Xbox on that day, we aren't sure which one is yours.

If you're worried about privacy of your email, you can set any line into the email field the next time you see the issue and send a log. Let's agree on you putting your full nickname - Stephen Aronson - into the field. And tell us in this thread when you send it, please. Would that be okay for you?

I sent it on Tues or Wed between 5:00 and 7:00 Pm EST if memory serves. Since topic form this doesn't give timestamp, i can't be sure which of those 2 days. I may have uploaded just as i did it on the SAME day, OR i might have uploaded and then came to work the NEXT day and logged onto this site and posted that i uploaded it.

Also the email i used is one in this account i'm talking to you under now, so being it's your own system, i'm sure someone has access to my contact info. :)

no change to the "more info needed", seems to not changed to "fixing" or something. I have mentioned above 8 or 9 days ago that i added my email to the report within the gaming mechanism, not sure if anything else is needed.. it's happened 1 or 2 times after this post and i submitted those logs too. Also been months since patches for the game came out to fix the Gun / ore detector issue where it resets to default as if you just built it at random times or server reboot or something.

Hi sorry I took a bit of q break. I have cleared local data class and I'm going to try to unistalling as I just tried to play I got past the keen software house intro only to crass at the black screen between into and main menu so it has gotten a little btter

It fixed it so document this I guess
