Customizable menu controls

(Xbox one beta) I think a settings option to allow people to bind their own choice of keys in the menu would help people learn the game faster. It wouldn't force them to learn the less important stuff at the same time as the cannot live without stuff. Like for instance if it were up to me I would swap the paint and the speed dampeners for easy access. One is definitely more important than the other.
