Crashes when auto saves, manual saves or just randomly

Whenever I try to save the game it crashes, or when it autosaves it crashes. I'm not sure if it could also be to do with the Survival kit. It also crashes when I weld up a survival kit, hydrogen generator or something like that. It gets very annoying.

Did you mine ores from the surface of the planet that came from a boulder? If so that’s what’s causing your game not to save and crash. There’s currently a bug with them and it’ll be fixed soon.
