Just regarding your sent logs, the email must be manually entered while sending the report, there is a special field for that.

Same issue, full Xbox shutdown when attempting to load into a shared Nitrado Server.

Same issue for me I find it’s more likely to happen after being kicked for inactivity or when your character is kept alive in a cryopod

I wouldn't be surprised. My xbox lags so bad when joining EU servers trying to load stuff in. It tends to calm down but if I travel at least 20km away from my spawn and head back it starts to pick up again. Idk if your crashing is a result of it failing to load something or maybe an error but that's my experience.

On eu server #1 I get extreme rubberbanding on the moon. It does calm down when the streaming icon dissappears though.

I don't know. Got so frustrated we stopped playing.

I quit playing after the other bug that blackscreened me on logging in.

If possible, could you please take some additional steps. These steps may help us determine the cause of your issue or provide additional information needed for a resolution.

Reinstall the game:

* Uninstall Space Engineers from your Xbox including all DLCs

* Restart the console

* Install Space Engineers

* Install all owned DLCs

* Run the game

There are some other things that might be worth looking for:

* Are the servers you are attempting to join (or rejoin) running mods?

* Could you please provide your ping to these servers?

How do you check ping on an Xbox One? The servers were the Keen servers, not any of the third-party ones, I don't know if Keen has mods on their own servers. US 1-5 are the servers we'd been using, as some disappear, then get full, cause a crash, rinse, repeat, just in order to play logging in sometimes took better than an hour. But, since we had this issue back in the winter, and it is now June, I don't see us doing much to provide data. Had this response been more timely, within say a week of the issue, maybe we'd have tried, but seriously, this is a ridiculous amount of time to allow before asking for tech info for a problem that makes a game unplayable.

Thank you! Would you be able to describe the situation before the crash more closely? Is is happening only when joining/reconnecting online games or does it happen also in offline worlds for you?

If it is happening to you in SP, could you upload the world? In case, it is happening on MP server, could you let us know which serve it was and what was approximate position of you character in the world when it happened?

We are aware there are still some memory issues that may cause this, however it is usually happening with much larger worlds than you describe.

There are already prepared some fixes for the issue on version 199 that improve the behavior but since this issue is quite hard for us to reproduce, we will need to wait for its release to see if it helps to everyone or if there are still some different cases we didn't find yet.

Would you be able to describe the situation before the crash more closely?

1. Walk to living room.
2. Sit down.
3. Turn on the TV.
4. Make sure it's set for the Xbox to be the source for content.
5. Turn on the Xbox.
6. Log into Xbox Live.
7. Start Space Engineers.
8. Go to the list of Keen servers.
9. Find a US Keen-created server (not Nitrado) that does not appear to be full, usually servers US1-5. These randomly seem to disappear, so each one has been tried over the course of a few months.
10. Click to join.
11. Wait. Various loading screens cycle.
12. It gets to the screen just prior to entry into the game.
13. Xbox shuts off. Not "Screen of death". No error message. No warning message. It's not on standby. It is not applying some sort of update. The console just turns 100% off.

The previous comments answer that already, over and over - it is when joining a server. Please read. This is not the only post about this bug that I have seen.

And, to replicate it, have you gotten a Xbox one, any model, loaded it with a normal number of games, and then sat down for an entire weekend to test it? Because that replicates the situations we are in, not being tied to

1. This is a console. How the hell do we upload a world for you? It's YOUR servers. You already have it as the host. This has happened on all the US Keen servers.
2. So the answer to the position of the character is - wherever the hell the character was when logged off, or booted. That means inside a base, ship or other "safe" spot where O2 and power will exist while logged out.
3. If we are logging back in following a server crash, well then we are wherever the hell we were when the unstable server booted us. In a rock, on a planet, in a ship, in space. And, the process to log back in, crashes and restarts included, result in a dead avatar by the time we log in, and often the need to reload over and over and over, if it was in an early part of the game where there is no pod to load into.

Your game crashes from simply trying to load. It crashes so badly, the console shuts off. This seems to be quite a bug, and has made the game unplayable, and I am letting people know that it is not a stable game and that besides the fairly toxic community online, the software itself has too many problems.

Thank you for addressing each of our questions. Part of understanding and resolving the issue you are experiencing is determining if conditions for the crash are still the same. We are gathering information from as many players as possible to see if those conditions are the same for anyone effected.

We are working on determining exact steps of reproduction. While it may be the case that you are able to reproduce this issue easily, we have not had the same result and so, have continued to investigate.

Just sent another report from console. Console turning off while joining dedicated server. Long loading time then game freezes, crashes and console turns off just about at the same time.
