Can't seem to find a way to switch items between multiple inventories

For example: I have a basic refiner connected to a basic assembler. When i open up the inventories i cannot switch the items from the basic refiner into the basic assembler. I can only switch back and forth between my personal inventory and the basic refiner. I know you can do this on the PC or if you have Keyboard and mouse but i cannot do it on my controller or i do not know how to.

You have to change filter for the left side with Left Stick button.
