Boulders spawn with no ore, disappear on reload

I have stated a new game on xbox running 1.194.723.
Upon discovery of several boulders in game, they all appear with no ore (I can only gather stone), then when saving and exiting, upon reload, there is no boulder
Even in the preview that there is the boulder (this save I have encountered 3 boulders with the same effecr) but upon load, it is gone
