(Beta) can not add groups to ship controls

Not sure about the last update but in this one I can't add groups to the second or third page in my ship controls.
I have the same bug
Last update still can't use 2nd or 3rd panel on my ship. Haven't seen complaints about this so unsure if I should start a new game or what? I'm playing single player in beta(or demo on xbox) to try to help find issues..
