I have the same bug
All save games minus the most recent for me. The one in the Continue Game thing.

All my saves have been deleted exept the last one I was playing.
Fortunately it was my survival one and I've already saved my most important blueprints.
But now it's impossible to have multiple saves, I've tried to duplicate my last save for a safty backup with another name and re save with the original name but it's always the last save who remain ...
It's a bit dangerous, if you start a new scenario or world, you will loose all you've made ...
I use to have a save for my survival mode to play the game and a save for creative mode to prepare my creations.
And a third save to play the scenarios.
So, to play the game correctly, 3 saves are the minimum in my opinion.

Same, hopefully we can get a fix. I'm a bit loath to carry on until this is fixed for obvious reasons.

Weird mine didn't get deleted but it is corrupted in the sense that I can't save the game in the first place which kinda sucks but I understand that this a beta so I'm just a guinea pig to iron out the bugs.

I want to confirm what Jay Lake said. I started a Survival save to build/test a new ship and my survival save disappeared. After deleting the creative save the survival reappeared. Thanks Jay Lake, you just saved my hours of work, lol.

Yea. I deleted the other save and my main save reappeared.
