Add the toolbar as option for a controller player

I would like to have keyboard style toolbar as someone that plays with controller on xbox.
The 10 slots per tab is more handy for me.
I think you can do it with <- left & right -> d-pad to select and (A) short press to execute and (A) long press to assign things.
And for new tab left stick plus B, so (L+B) and (L+A) to navigate the tabs, like it is now.

Just to bump this one up again an add some extra explanation to it..
What I'm talking about is to add 3 Control input options, added to the main game options.
1. ( Default ) "Based on detection, controller or keyboard/mouse with controller taking priority over keyboard/mouse"
2. ( Control Seat Only ) "Use the 10 keyboard PC style item slots when in a control seat only with added controller support as explained above in the original topic message"
3. ( Use the 10 Keyboard Style item slots Always ) "Always use the 10 keyboard PC style item slots but with added controller support as explained above in the original topic message"
