Add menu option or slider for gases/power warning alert.

Adding a menu option to increase the amount of time until depletion to a personal preference. Currently, for example, there is a warning of low hydrogen at 10%, but we burn through it at 4%/sec, that gives us 2-3 seconds to get to the ground. If you're high in the air, you're about to have a respawn experience.
