Add a spray gun tool for painting.

Add a spray gun tool for when you're painting to make it look a little more realistic than it currently is. You need a tool to drill, weld or grind so it makes sense to have one for painting. Only difference would be you don't lose your spray gun when you die as it's not essential to survival.

Paint gun tool should be craftable and not appear in your inventory when you die so people in multiplayer don't grief with it by flying around and painting everyone else's stuff mossy pink. However having a tool for repainting should allow anyone to repaint blocks even if they aren't the grid owner

There is a mod for this, and it is 100% better than all vanilla painting currently.
