On Xbox with MnK i cant make keybinds with modifiers (Ctrl or Shift)

2026.08.14. (Xbox series X using MnK) So when i try to make a keybind like Ctrl+Z and i press the two keys it only registers the Z. Same thing with Shift.
In game i can’t remap keys use binds with modifiers i just can’t make them
I have the same bug
