server reconection issue need to be resolv

The server (keen eos US#12) every day crash and throw me out the game. Not by the cause about the reset. The point was when the game crash and iam out on the main page, i check if i can't re-enter the server was disappear in the join page.
Right now, i'm building a ship with around 16,000 PCU, and crash make me lose a lot of time.

For example, does the server itself crash, causing the game to crash on your Xbox? Does your game crash when you try to join the server? Does the crash happen during a specific action or at a particular point while playing?
Also, does the issue occur only on US#12, or does it also happen on other official servers? If possible, please check whether the crash also occurs when loading a local single-player world or joining a lobby.
Any additional information about what happens immediately before the crash would be greatly appreciated, as it will help us better understand and investigate the issue.
