Issue with DLC not registering on Xbox

I’m trying to play the new prosperity update but I’ve run into a issue with all of my DLCs, despite all 19 of them being installed, only under half of the DLCs actually register as being installed in game, I can verify in multiple menus on the Xbox that a DLC is installed but when I try to build blocks from that pack the game claims i do not have the DLC installed / do not own it

Could you please let us know if you're using any MODs? If so, could you please start a new, vanilla (unmodded) world and check whether the issue still occurs there?
