Service Console on Xbox
Need More Information
When attempting to retrieve grids from a service console, it is impossible to do so from a cockpit/control seat hotbar. Is this intentional? I am unsure if this is a bug but if it is I am bringing it to your attention. However a bug I am experiencing is the inability to retrieve grids even when directly interacting with the console. I simply get an error message that say to check the log.

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. In regards to issues retrieving grids via the Service Console, could you please provide us a blueprint of the grid in question? If not, please let us know if it's fully owned by you or if some blocks are hacked from NPCs or other players. Does it contain subgrids?
