Hello, Engineer!

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.

Could you please let us know if you're experiencing this issue on Single Player or Multiplayer? In Creative or Survival Mode? Are you using any mods?

Could you please share the grid you're using with us? The easiest way is to create and publish a world save(if you're in Single Player) or a blueprint(if you're in Multiplayer) and share the mod.io link in this thread.

Kind Regards

At the time of the photo was taken it was on the keen official server for xbox is survival but I've so in my offline single player survival where if I build it the block the option is missing but if I spawned a grid that has the block prior to the update the option is there

Hello, Engineer!

Thank you for letting us know. Could you please confirm if that behavior in the offline world is consistent when building the block? Additionally, which world were you using and was it containing any mods?

Facing the same issue. Steps to reproduce:

1. create world.

2. enable multiplayer to play with friends.

3. drop a small grid landing gear.

4. create a simple 'drone' grid.

5. add the AI block for AI Flight (Move) and the AI Basic Task.

Expected results: Both AI blocks have the option in the terminal to turn On/Off

Actual results:

  • Only the AI Basic Task has this option, while the AI Flight (Move) does not.
  • In the AI Basic Task you get a prompt in red that there are no Move blocks attached or activated.

Impact: The two blocks won't connect and communicate, rendering the drone to an unmovable state.

Note: I'm playing on PC with the game bought from Steam + the Heavy Industry DLC

Update: My friend playing in the same world, who does not have any DLCs, has the option and made the block work. It's possible that this issue occurs due to the Heavy Industry DLC? Let me know if I can test anything else.

Hello, Engineer!

Could you please attach a blueprint of the grid giving you issues please? It's located in C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Please make sure to disable Cloud in the Settings/Game before creating the blueprint so it's stored locally.

Hi QA Department!

I tried since yesterday to reproduce the issue on a new blueprint but with no success unfortunately. Even the one that I mentioned I had issues with got fixed after my friend toggled the parameter.

So maybe an update already solved the issue, or maybe the environment and steps to reproduce it are even more complicated in a sense of dependencies on other factors that I didn't noticed.

I'll keep an eye on it moving forward, but from my point of view the issue is solved for PC platforms.

Thanks for an awesome support experience and for an amazing addictive game!
