Not a Bug

Space engineers is no longer available on Xbox cloud gaming. Is this Keen or Microsoft's fault?

That was in February, and that was just for gamepass. However it is no longer able to stream if you bought it on Xbox at all. Was this RECENT change, Microsoft or Keen's fault?
