I love branded items, and Cettire offers great options at a lower price than in regular stores. Once I ordered a jacket, but I made a mistake with the size. I wanted to exchange it, but the return process was not so simple. It's good that they have a cettire phone number, I called and immediately received the necessary instructions. Without a call it would have been difficult to figure it out.
