Blocks missing

I'm playing on Xbox. I do see the cargo terminals, or some of the other blocks from the field work dlc. I do not get the unknown signals either. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled several times. The new dlc was working at first. The unknown signals have worked in quite a while.

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Just to be clear, you're playing with progression enabled, blocks are unlocked in the progression but are missing from the radial menu, correct? Are blocks also missing in creative mode, for example on the default Lone Survivor? Are you using any mods?
