Server not on server list

Kia Ora,
theres abug with servers not showing up on server list and sice i have noticed the last 2 reports of this bug has been moved to support, I wish to ask for support so my players can join my server.
Server is with GTX,
Oceania Region
Named Au NZ Gaming servers
EOS
Main player base is PS and Xbox

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please check for us that you have PCU limits enabled for the server? And that you don't have more than 3Gb of mods enabled total? You will also not be able to see Experimental dedicated servers unless the game is in Experimental mode.
