Field work Dlc

I have just started a new survival world with mods when I load onto the world I don't get access to the field work DLC blocks if I load a new world with no mods I get all the DLC blocks available. I have also tested worlds with just one mod each and still lose access to the DLC
I have the same bug Access denied
