Mod list doesn't work

Not a Bug

My mods list is a list of red 6-8 digit numbers.

When i attempt to launch a game with active mods it says it cant load active mods and i cant play until i remove active mods.

Every mod (red code) i remove from my active mods list dissappears and my subscribed mods list is empty

I have the same bug

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the issue? As the first step, let's please proceed to the Options/Game menu and withdraw and then re-grant mod.io consent. Please let us know if this helps.

The above doesnt work but the problem seems to occur only during a quck resume function. When i start up the game from the beginning (the keen intro plays) there is no problem but when i close the window and restart it with quick resume it occurs.

I will see if i can take some screenshots or a video
