Pvp suggestion. Jump drive signals

Currently there is limited search option to counter aggressive players who hide in deep space and what we do have is broken, belive me it is broken
I propose a search system able to locate jump drives signals. This could be added with option to settings on/off, number of jump drives, strength of signals for range.
The number of jump drive options could be used to protect new players while allowing players to hunt established. I think it would be awesome to have an ability for fsction to hunt capital ships and aggressive players.
