server issues

tonight around 5-6am I could not access server 11 US with username jgeezer2010. every time I load in I am ok for a seconds and then all players have no ping and I can't do anything or move without going back to the same place. I have tested other games and YouTube on the Xbox and all work ok. I have cleared saved games on the Xbox and still the problem persists. can you please fix this issue please? thank you

yes, the problem is solved than you. sorry for taking my time to get back to you and thank you for your speedy reply :-) I ran a NAT test using the Xbox settings which was suggested by a fellow engineer, and the game then loaded and ran ok after. the test changed my NAT type or something similar to that :-)
