Xbox to xbox mute cancels muted playstation on multiplayer oficial server

If I mute a PlayStation player then mute a xbox player the PlayStation player is no longer muted. This can be problematic. Why does mute last for 5 mins on a PlayStation player, I want to mute toxic players for life

It would be great if it was fixed and working and not just a x icon next to player name. Toxic individuals who want to site in there bubbles writing crap and thinking they are better than me because I am a grafter and it's people like me that keep the economy going need to be muted

Another thing. I play on xbox which I am sure you know is a home entertainment system. My friends and family can and sometimes are sat with me.
