Could you please provide the screenshots that show the cloud usage? Current Xbox limits are:
You could possibly go over those limits by joining servers with mods you aren't subscribed to. In this case it's enough to restart the game or console to free up the cache. Please try doing that to see if that resolves your issue with the lag.
