We are sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. We're aware of some connectivity issues happening lately. Some players had success with disconnecting the console from the router and powering the router down for a few minutes. You could also try connecting the console to the router directly using WLAN or, if it's already connected that way, by connecting it to a different Ethernet port on the router.
