Need More Information

My freind cant join my other mates world. His game just freezes on the main menu then does nothing. The host is xbox seires s and the freind is xbox series x

please help if anyone has a solution

Could you please let us know if you're using any mods in the Lobby world?

Could you please ask your friend to submit logs right after such freeze for us? To submit logs, please follow these steps:

Reproduce the issue
Restart the game
In the Main Menu press Y
Select Send Log tab
Enter some information into the window and press Send Log
Enter the same information in this thread so we can find your logs in our internal system
