Contact update for Xbox broke mod.io.
Need More Information
Started a new game to take advantage of the new content and mod.io is broken. Saves with mods still work but when you try to add mods to a new save the list is empty.

The issue occurred because, during the release, not all settings were correctly published. Fortunately, this has now been resolved. To ensure the changes take effect, please restart your console and try again.

This is the same problem that use to prevent series x/s players from accessing eos servers. You need to go into the mod.io from the game or from the Xbox browser and make sure you've consented to the T&S's and if that doesn't solve it you need to quit SE from the quick launch side bar and reload the game. Every time you leave the game you need to quit in the side bar to avoid this happening again.
