Blueprint Storage above max suddenly and unable to make space for new blueprints
Not a Bug
I've been subbing and creating quite a few blueprints and when I logged in it stated suddenly that I was above the maximum cloud storage.
Even attempting to clear my blueprints completely, it still states I'm above the maximum cloud storage.
I have the same bug

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please let us know what your cloud storage value currently is? You can check it via New Game/Community Content/Browse Community and it will be in the bottom right corner of that window. You can try unsubscribing from some worlds or mods to free up some space. It's necessary to restart the game to unload pre-downloaded mods after unsubscribing.

When you you join a new sever world it forces you down load there mods it make the storage

Unfortunately this seems like behavior as intended. When you join a server you will download the mods that are present on that server or not be able to join it. To clear the temporary storage, please restart the game or if that doesn't help, restart the console. As long as you're not subscribed to those mods, storage will be cleared.
