Connection Problem

Solved

Cannot connect to servers while trying to play on consoles. We have two Nitrado servers that we play on that have worked perfectly fine until yesterday. Now we can only connect to it on PC but not on our PS5 or XBox series X. We've restarted the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted it router, and restarted the servers. I've let out try to reconnect for over an hour and it just keeps saying lost connection, attempting to reconnect.

Hello, Engineers!

We're asking everyone affected by the issue to please submit logs.

To do so, please follow these steps:

Attempt to join a server
Press Y on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Pause Menu
Open section Report issue
Fill up email address (required) and description (please put "EOS issue" there)
Press ‘Send report’ to send it
Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it

I am not one of the users it is fixed for. Still not working. Can not connect to dedicated server or public from xbox console client.
