Can not join all Servers

Hello, I'm currently playing on an official server EU#8. Yesterday evening I lied off the server and since then I can no longer join any official or unofficial server. The connection window is displayed and nothing more has happened so far. My partner and my son also play the game and they have the same problem.

We rented our own server on Nitrado yesterday and I can't join the server either. I play on Xbox and the other two on PS5. We really like the game and would like to continue playing. Please help us.

Hello, why is it taking so long?

I want to continue playing my game. I have paid money for add-ons and my own server, but nothing works! Nitrado wrote us that it's not Nitrado's fault. There is nothing you can do. The Problems Are with you.

We're asking everyone affected by the issue to please submit logs.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Attempt to join a server
  • Press Y on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Pause Menu
  • Open section Report issue
  • Fill up email address (required) and description (please put "EOS issue" there)
  • Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  • Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it
