Session data and world save completely missing when restarting
Won't Fix
I was playing on a ship graveyard world where I created and kitbash ships in creative around 18:00 for an hour or so Tuesday 13th august.
Upon returning to the game a few hours later, it asked me to create a new game and couldn't continue my world as normal - upon checking world saves it seems to be completely missing aswell as any backups for this world. (Like.it never existed)
The last saved data I have is from the 12th August on a different world which I can still load and continue as normal.
I know that I haven't deleted it on accident as it requires a two step delete process to confirm to remove it, it just seems to have disappeared upon restarting the Xbox normally.
Hello Engineer,
Sorry to hear you've experienced issues.
Could you please let us know if other saves are visible for you, if you previously had any, or is the entire Load Game tab is empty?
Kind regards,

Other saved worlds from before 12th August are still there - it's worth mentioning that the world that's missing was created before 12th August aswell.

Hello Engineer,
Could you please check the following for us?
Sorting settings in the Load Game screen. Please make sure that Load Game screen is sorted by Date. You can switch between sorting methods by pressing the Left Stick.
Your total cloud usage. The value is listed in the bottom left corner of the Load Game screen.
Would you happen to remember if you've quit the game fully or left it running when the issue occurred? Have you seen a window offering to sync older cloud data when starting the game on that day?
Kind regards,

So I have pressed sort by date but it's not sorting it correctly?
Cloud Usage: 215.7/256MB
The world was saved & exited before closing the game then I proceeded to turn off the Xbox.
When turning the Xbox back on later on in the day there was no sync window
