Solved

Hey I was on eos uk2 at the restart the server came back online and I was not able to join its just stuck on joining world. I have a lot of save progress so if you could help me it would really help

We've been informed that currently there are some issues with joining official servers. We're investigating it with our partners that provide official server hosting. We will update this ticket when we have more information.

In the meantime, could you please tell us if you're having issue with other official servers or community servers as well?
