Inset LCD Panel render range
Not a Bug
The SmallFullBlockLCDPanel in CubeBlocks_DecorativePack3 on line 1519 has its MaxScreenRenderDistance value set mistakingly to 10 instead of 60 like the rest of the lcd panels of similar size. This causes this one panel to render ONLINE when beyond a few steps from it.
