Servers not loading on xbox

Hi Team,
Currently having issues since the 17th with joining my dedicated server, I have gone through the process of raising this with them, they have now referred me to you as this is an xbox/game issue, it may relate to the Xbox version not lining up with the server, as its outdated - this was the error I was receiving.
I have re-installed the game and factory reset my 2 xboxs but no luck, PS users can join perfectly fine not sure about PC or any other platforms.
The team at Nitrado cant join either, other xbox users cannot join too so this issue is not with my local hardware.
Are you aware of this issue?

We are aware of this issue, it is caused by Xbox/WS update not being out yet. We're working hard with Microsoft to release it as soon as possible. We will update this ticket when the update is available on Xbox and WS
