I bought the game through Mercado Livre, an Amazon-like platform in Brazil, I got the license code and redeemed it through Xbox Game Pass, on my Xbox one X everything ran without a problem, but here on my Setup (my gaming PC), as I explained It runs normally, but when inserting some blocks, it weighs down and becomes difficult to run.

Could you please tell us if the issue is present in Multiplayer, Single Player or both? Is it happening when placing specific blocks or any blocks? What building mode setting do you have set in Options/Game?

For now I only played in single player mode, I used the high ones at the beginning, there is no delay, only when inserting 5 blocks or socks, (less than 10 blocks it already crashes), the basic building blocks, (at the moment I deleted the game from my ssd, so I can't check the name of the block) but it's the basic building block, I didn't test anything other than these blocks, because the mere insertion of these in the game already causes a delay, I didn't need to advance to more complex blocks.

Then I tried with the minimum configuration to check the possibility of my hardware not being able to handle it, the same thing happened, at first it runs at 120 fps (I believe the game is locked at this ceiling, as it is nothing more than that), when you insert the blocks, the fps plummets, I couldn't measure it, but below 10 fps.

I imagine it's something with the fact that I bought it for Xbox, redeemed it on Xbox Game Pass and now when using it on my PC, there must be some conflict happening.

We are not aware of any issues between Xbox and WS versions, you should be able to play a WS version as long as it's purchased for that account, regardless of what platform purchased it initially.

You could try verifying files via the Xbox app, but since you mentioned that you've uninstalled the game, it's a moot point.

Could you please let us know which setting for Block Placement you had? We assume you're using a keyboard and mouse on PC and gamepad on Xbox, is that correct?

Thank you for the video, we appreciate it. Regarding the "Scene too complex" message, you can safely ignore it. As you can see in the video, it appears at a random point, not after placing a specific grid, and it's in the Multiplayer category.

You can also disable warning messages in Shift+F1 screen.

Could you please tell us if you experience actual in-game lag or is the issue limited to the warning message? You can check if you indeed are having performance issues by pressing SHIFT+F11 and observing FPS and Simulation Speed values.

Could you please also attach a screenshot or a short video of the game with Shift+F11 overlay taken during the lag?

Could you also please tell us if you're running any software in parallel with the game? We can see from the videos you have a camera on.

We are not aware of any issues that could be caused by switching from Xbox to PC. You could try changing graphics settings that are not available on Xbox, such as setting Window mode to Fullscreen Window or changing Graphics options.
