Private multiplayer lag

Hi, I creat a friend only games and my friend always got big lag, can't use tool, big latency... It's just unplayable. If he creat the game, I got the lags .. we checked our internet (1GB/sec) everything is fine, we reinstall the game, you clear all the game data of our Xbox series X but nothing change.... Do you have a clue what this could be? Is it a known bug?
