Mod.io and Windows Store and Console not working

It appears that several users on Windows Store and Console are not able to access Mod.io
I have verified this myself with the Windows Store version.
My Cloud backup is enabled and I have agreed to the Mod.io consent.
When I create a new world and open the Mod Panel, it only shows locally saved mods that I am working on.
If I click Browse Workshop, the list is empty.
Several uses have been reporting this on Reddit and our Discord.

Same issue. An existing world that had mods installed is loading the existing mods but nothing new can be added. A new world has no mods showing up available.
Restarting the game and the PC has had no effect.
