We have investigated this issue and found that it is not related to the game but to the Microsoft Store. We are working closely with Microsoft to resolve the issue.

Sorry for not responding it is installed but not working reinstalled not working I think it’s because of the Xbox thingy in the folders recommend not copying Xbox to PC

A quick answer to how this DLC stuff is going is basically the DLC files aren't going into the game files and are being downloaded to its own file, I have never messed with the games files before so I don't know how to integrate them into the game, noir do I know even if it's possible, so for now its a Keen and Microsoft issue side, many are probably having the same issue but rather not point it out, good day.
